Senior Software Engineer - U.S.

Position Description:

Enhance Agitar's award-winning products and technologies including AgitarOne and the Management Dashboard, to optimize and enable automated unit testing and team reporting of the project's health. If you like the opportunity to work on really tough computer science problems, you could be an Agitator! This position is within the core engine team for AgitarOne and will be responsible for development and maintenance of core agitation, test generation, and related capabilities.

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Java programming guru: you are worshipped at school/work
• Excellent algorithmic skills: you can tell O(n) from O(n2)
• Very customer focused: love engineering that solves people's problems

Education and Previous Experience:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a similar field. (Ph.D. a plus)
• Track record of successfully shipping commercial software
• At least 7 years' experience developing core Java servers or tools infrastructure (not J2EE applications)
• Previous experience building developer productivity tools a plus
