Agitar Software Opens Indian Subsidiary; Appoints New Country Manager

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., August 8, 2006—Agitar Software, the leader in enterprise developer testing, today announced a new subsidiary based in India—Agitar Software India Pvt. Ltd. The company will be headquartered in the country’s IT capital, Bangalore. Agitar also announced the appointment of Vishnu Raned as its new country manager in India. Vishnu is responsible for all aspects of Agitar’s business in the region, including sales, business development and operations.

Vishnu comes to Agitar from Segue Software and has more than seven years of IT product and services sales experience. He has worked with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM Rational in India and Accenture in Germany.
